Planning and proposals
Enquiries and questionnaire responses do not constitute a booking. Itineraries, availability and pricing are confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.
Pricing
Prices are quoted individually for each journey and remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation until a booking is confirmed.
Payments and cancellation
Payment schedules, deposits and cancellation terms are set out in your individual booking confirmation and vary by supplier.
Travel documentation
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documentation required for their journey. We will advise where we can.
Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance is arranged at the time of booking.
